Circular Economy Director, South America

Fabiana is an executive with more than 23 years of experience in the petrochemical industry, she took over as head of Braskem S.A.'s Circular Economy Business in South America in October 2017, with the aim of defining and managing the Global Circular Economy Strategy, with a focus on developing the business, chemical and mechanical recycling technologies and the plastics recycling chain. She led the implementation of Braskem's first recycling plant in Brazil and the acquisition of control of the Wise recycling company. She holds a law degree from the São Bernardo do Campo Law School in São Paulo, specialization in Labor and Contract Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, and holds an MBA in Strategic Management from FGV. She is also a participant in the Advanced Boardroom Program for Women - ABP-W at Saint Paul Business School.
