Gina Fyffe

Mrs. Fyffe graduated from the University of Edinburgh in Biomedical Sciences. Her business career started with Exxon Chemical in the UK followed by several years in its international HQ.

She founded the global petrochemical trading company Integra in 1989 (www.integra-global.com).

She sits on various boards and councils including,

  • Brussels based European Petrochemical Association (EPCA) chairing the board committee for Talent, Diversity, Training and Leadership.
  • Dubai based Gulf Petrochemical Association (GPCA) international Trade. -Singapore Chemical Industry Council (SCIC). International Trade. -The Global -Institute for Woman’s Leadership, in UK and Australia, founded by Julia Gillard.- CEO of Integra Petrochemicals and Chair of the parent company board, heading the HR and renumeration subcommittee.
  • non exec. director of Singapore based BTS Tankers.
  • non exec director of Colyer Quay Investments-which focuses on maritime assets.
  • director of Estate Holdings, an MAS regulated investment company.
  • director of Graphite a management and consultancy company
Gina is cofounder of the Woman in Shipping and Trading Association (WISTA), a well-established, global training and advocacy group.

She has been recognised for her work over the years, particularly, in the areas of diversity and inclusion, receiving various awards.

Her profile was included in the Game Changers Edition of the CEO Magazine partly for driving diversity in the shipping and petrochemical industry. The edition focused on inspiring Woman Leaders globally and included world leaders such as Jacinda Ardern, Kamala Harris, Tsai Ing-Wen.

In the USA she was profiled as one of the top 10 women in the mid markets by Wharton Business School.

For the last several years, Gina has been included on the list of top 50 downstream executives compiled by the Oil and Gas Magazine in the Middle East, winning the Middle East Oil and Gas-Woman of the Year for 2023, having been runner up in the past.

During Covid 19, Gina was one of the industry expert speakers on supply chain disruption and what solutions could be found, for EPCA.

She was also part of the World Economic Forum (WEF) group of experts on supply chain and transportation, at the peak of the C-19 crisis.
