Ned Monroe is President and CEO of the Vinyl Institute. Ned serves as an advocate for the vinyl industry, creating and executing the Vinyl Institute's strategic focus. His priorities include broadening markets, communicating the value of vinyl, and strategically impacting public policy. With more than 20 years' experience in our nation's capital, Ned has extensive skill in legislative and regulatory advocacy, as well as association management. Before the Vinyl Institute, Ned was Executive Director of Global Public Affairs with the SC Johnson Company. He also served as the Senior Vice President of External Relations for the National Association of Manufacturers. Ned serves on the Board of Directors of the PVC Pipe Association and the Executive Board of the National Capital Area Council of Boy Scouts of America. He is a graduate of the College of William and Mary. Ned, his wife Theresa, and their two sons live in Alexandria, Virginia.
